Women and men of all ages are invited to this free event at South Piedmont Community College in Monroe where they can participate in screenings, learn new dances, and be part of the fun, all in the name of heart health.

Local dance troupes, including the TopCats, will perform and many different dance genres will be taught. Participants can also wear their favorite pair of red shoes and be entered into the Red Shoe Contest for a chance to win great prizes. For more information, call 704-225-2577.
