Everyone is invited to participate in this safe, fun, family afternoon of Halloween activities!  This year’s festival will be bigger and better than ever as we combine our efforts with Downtown Monroe, Inc. to provide even more fun activities for everyone. 

All activities and booths are free and concessions will be available for purchase.  Come and enjoy Halloween crafts, Moon Bounce, Spin Art, Hay Rides, Climbing Wall, Costume Contest, Pumpkin Bowling , Pumpkin Decorating and much more!  During the day there will be plenty of candy and prizes to win. So come and get an early start on your “Trick or Treat” activities!
