Downtown Monroe Art Walk

Save the date for this unique downtown event that is far more than an art exhibit. On Friday, October 5,
from 5:30-9:30p.m., join in a walk of downtown Monroe that will feature all kinds of art being displayed in numerous businesses. and several venues will have live music. Types of art media include watercolor, oil, acrylic, multi-Media, wood mosaic, furniture craft, pottery, quilting, photography and more. Downtown Silverwalkers Fun Walk

UC Senior Games kick off event. Held on April 3rd, 2007 at 10:00. Silverstriders Fun Walk will begin at 10:30am and will include a tour of the Historic Depot. Afterwards, the Silverstriders will stroll down to American Ballroom Dance Club where they will be pampered by the downtown Salon & Spas. After relaxing a bit, they will put their dancing shoes on for a group dance lesson with Ted & Kim. As lunch rolls around, they will have their choice of lunch specials at our delectable restaurants downtown.
