Disabilities Rights & Resources (parent agency of Union County Council for Citizens with Disabilities) is hosting a FREE ADA Title II training from 10:00am until 1:00pm on Friday, March 14, 2008 at the Mint Hill Town Hall on 7151 Matthews-Mint Hill Road. If interested please call Becky by noon on Friday, March 7 so that we can print a notebook for you. Light refreshments will be served.

Union County Council for Citizens with Disabilities (UCCCD) will meet on Tuesday, May 8th at 1:30pm in the Griffin Room at the Monroe Public Library (316 E. Windsor St). In addition to regular agenda items we will discuss the requirements for accessible, reserved parking and provide digital cameras for individuals who are interersted in working with UCCCD to increase the number of compliant accessible parking spaces in Union County.
